This Thursday, we'll debut our latest menu item: bagels! They are baked with unbleached, unbromated flour and sea salt. Perfectly soft, with a satisfyingly chewy crust, they taste great cold or toasted. Routine cream cheese is too boring for these, though. Spread some fresh goat cheese or a jalapeño jelly on them for a snack that will turn into supper.
The bagels will be fresh and warm at the 38th Street Farmers Market. Get there fast and get yours!
