Sold Out in 30 minutes!

Looks like our Daily Bread is a hit!  We baked eighteen loaves today.  Some were reserved for subscribers; the others sold out within thirty minutes.  We will be increasing production next week to try to meet demand.  Our goal is to have enough bread to keep selling for the entire two and a half hour market.

Thanks to all the subscribers who took a chance on us this week.  We hope you are enjoying your bread tonight!

It's not too late to get some of this fresh, handmade bread.  Just click the link to the right to subscribe to weekly bread.  You can pick it up on Thursday at the 38th Street Farmers Market or on Sunday at Broadway United Methodist Church.

Soon, we will be adding specialties like baguette, rolls, bagels, and brioche to the menu.  Don't miss out!  All proceeds benefit Project Libertas, a project-based school community in Martindale-Brightwood.

Baking Today!

Baking begins in just two hours.  Are you ready for fresh, warm, artisan bread?
Did I mention the Peruvian salt that will stud the crust today?  A friend brought some home from vacation for us to try.
It's not too late to subscribe and pick up your first loaf today!
Just be fast, because at 4pm, the introductory subscription rate of $2 per loaf per week is ending!

Pick Up Day!

Lucky Subscribers, today is pickup day at the 38th Street Farmers Market!
The market is at North United Methodist Church, at 38th and Meridian.
This afternoon, several Project Libertas families will gather to bake your bread.  It will still be warm when you pick up between 4 and 6:30pm!  See you soon!

FYI, the introductory rate of $2 per loaf per week is about to expire!  By the end of the day, the subscription price will be closer to the cash price of $4.  Hurry and get your friends signed up for the best deal in bread, ever!

Weekly Bread

The first bread we're baking is an artisan loaf. We use unbleached, unbromated flour and sea salt to create a smooth, flavorful bread with just a hint of sourdough. The crust is chewy and crackly, speckled with salt crystals. It's a great compliment to any meal, but after your first slice, you may skip dinner and just eat the whole thing. This loaf is about one pound; that's dinner bread for four or breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack bread for one.

How can you get your very own loaf?
You can buy one for $4, or subscribe to weekly bread for just $2/loaf.
Use the subscribe button to the right to set up your subscription with PayPal.

Bread Pickup and Purchase Locations:
38th Street Farmer's Market, 3808 N. Meridian St., Thursdays from 4-6:30pm
Broadway United Methodist Church, 609 E. 29th St., Sundays from 10:30-11am

Low Carbin' it?  You can still donate to Project Libertas.  Use the Donate button to your right.

Thanks for your support!
