Weekly Bread

The first bread we're baking is an artisan loaf. We use unbleached, unbromated flour and sea salt to create a smooth, flavorful bread with just a hint of sourdough. The crust is chewy and crackly, speckled with salt crystals. It's a great compliment to any meal, but after your first slice, you may skip dinner and just eat the whole thing. This loaf is about one pound; that's dinner bread for four or breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack bread for one.

How can you get your very own loaf?
You can buy one for $4, or subscribe to weekly bread for just $2/loaf.
